Roy wanted to go to the police and report Tony for murder but Hayley dissuaded him, convinced that Tony was just drugged up and talking rubbish. Roy felt so unsure about what to do and with the phone in his hand, he thought long and hard about whether or not to dial 999. He soon, decided against it though, realising that it would have such big consequences for Maria.

Elsewhere Norris was still on the hunt for the ideal employee for The Kabin. He had an interview with a man named Horace Steel, who appeared to be just like him and so Norris gave him the job right away.

Meanwhile Joe planned a surprise romantic evening for Gail on the boat to thank her for her support. He had gone all out with champagne and to impress her, revealed the name of the boat, 'Gail Force'. Then Joe took her by surprise by getting down on his knee and asking her to marry him.
