Mercedes felt disappointed with her and Malachy's sex life and they tried to spice things up by having a quickie. Their intimacy was, however, ruined by Calvin, who sent a message saying that they needed to get to work. The hostile atmosphere at the club was still stifling as Sasha and Mercedes refused to get along, Sasha upset this time when Mercedes organised a pitch for a drinks promotion with some people from the brewery. Sasha insisted that she needed to be made aware of things like this, but Mercedes hit back saying that she was only acting on Calvin's orders. Sasha then tried to wind Mercedes up by telling Malachy that he too should flirt with the students so as to get them some clientele. This, however, in the end resulted in Mercedes and Sasha competing to be the best flirt.

Meanwhile, Spencer visited Dave and gave him the envelope with the money he left at The Loft back in an effort to make up for Calvin having punched him. Spencer told Dave that he wanted him to use the money to throw a big party for India, and Dave was left with not much other choice than to agree to do so, as Spencer was clearly dead set on not taking the money.

Elsewhere, poor India still found herself continuously in the line of fire, with her this time around being left blushing when her laundry bag split and revealed some kickers onto which someone had glued a plastic poo. Also, Hayley a bit later wasted no time to tell her about some nasty stuff that someone wrote about her in the toilet. Feeling sorry for her, Josh and Dave decided to revert some of the attention away from poor humiliated India by prancing around in some of her underwear. Josh, however, made the mistake of giving Hayley the cold shoulder when she flirted with him, only to be left stunned when she later walked into halls and saw her and Rhys kissing...
