Mercedes feels disappointed with her and Malachy's sex life and they try to spice things up by having a quickie. Their intimacy is, however, ruined by Calvin, who sends a message saying that they need to get to work. The hostile atmosphere at the club is still stifling as Sasha and Mercedes refuse to get along, Sasha upset this time when Mercedes organises a pitch for a drinks promotion with some people from the brewery. Sasha insists that she needs to be made aware of things like this, but Mercedes hits back saying that she was only acting on Calvin's orders. Sasha then tries to wind Mercedes up by telling Malachy that he needs to flirt with the students so as to get them some clientele. This, however, in the end results in Mercedes and Sasha competing to be the best flirt.

Meanwhile, Spencer visits Dave and gives him the envelope with the money he left at The Loft back in an effort to make up for Calvin having punched him. Spencer tells Dave that he wants him to use the money to throw a big party for India, and Dave is left with not much other choice than to agree to do so, as Spencer's clearly dead set on not taking the money.

Elsewhere, poor India still finds herself continuously in the line of fire, with her this time around being left blushing when her laundry bag splits and reveals some kickers onto which someone has glued a plastic poo. Also, Hayley a bit later wastes no time to tell her about some nasty stuff that someone wrote about her in the toilet. Feeling sorry for her, Josh and Dave decide to revert some of the attention away from poor humiliated India by prancing around in some of her underwear. Josh, however, makes the mistake of giving Hayley the cold shoulder when she flirts with him, only to be left stunned when she later walks into halls and sees her and Rhys kissing...
