When Ringo found out that the mysterious stranger in Erinsborough was James, a guy claiming to be Donna's brother, he couldn't help but find him dubious and told him as much. When Donna met James it was an entirely different affair, though, and they immediately seemed to share a connection. James, however, told Donna that Ringo had a problem with him and that he thought he should rather leave. Outraged by this, Donna confronted Ringo and told him that he had to get over his distrust of James or she's leaving him.

Also, when Elle saw Lucas and Sonya talking to each other at the garage, she immediately assumed that there's something between them. She quizzed Libby as to who this mysterious women is and she explained to her that it's Rocky the dog's new trainer, adding that Callum is trying to get her and Toadie to be an item. Elle was, however, convinced that there's something going on between Lucas and Sonya and it became apparent that maybe she was right when they later shared an intimate moment in the park.
