Spencer was a bit unsure as to his duties as big chief of The Loft and so Calvin told him to go to the SU Bar so he could get acquainted with his target market. Things got a bit rowdy, though, with Spencer having a ball as Dave showed him how to play pool, and so Spencer suggested everyone head up to The Loft for a free party when the manager was clearly quite keen to get rid of them. Dave realised that Spencer was giving away much too much stock for free and so did a round to collect some money and was left a bit wary when Spencer said he wanted to have a poker game like Warren used to have. He also knocked Dave to the floor despite the fact that he'd been taking care of Spencer and left the money he collected at the till.

Suzanne was thrilled by Ducan's arrival, though, and he and Ricky soon became acquainted. And despite the fact that they didn't initially get along, they later bonded over a mutual admission of ineptitude.
