Tony wasn't far off and rushed to Maria when he realised she was in labour but soon he was panicking himself as he realised they were on a deserted beach and worse still he had no signal on his phone. Quick to respond and take some action he carried Maria over the sand dunes to a beach hut. Having reached higher ground Tony got a weak signal on his phone and so called for an ambulance but Maria's contractions were becoming more and more frequent, did help arrive in time or did Tony have to deliver the baby?

Things were still heating up between Molly and Kevin and the two were desperate to steal some time together so Molly decided to take things into her own hands and came up with a plan. She started by suggesting her, Jack, Connie and Tyrone go to the dogs for the evening but come time to leave she faked a headache and encouraged the rest to go on without her. Her plan was foiled, however when just as Kevin was about to make his way over Sally stopped him in his tracks insisting that he join her, Sophie, Ben and his folks for pizza. Kevin manages to get out of it and sneaks over to see Molly only to find that Tyrone has come back from the dogs early

Meanwhile Slug was still causing problems for Steve and Becky even though Steve promised to be nicer to him. Clearly worried about Slugs presence Steve made it clear he wants him and Becky to get married soon and Becky was thrilled, with the idea of a summer wedding. She was not pleased though when Steve struggled to remain civil toward Slug when he popped into The Rovers and Slug was aware of how jealous Steve is so took advantage.
