After Warren failed to convince Jake to tell the police that he murdered Sean, Justin has a go and gets further seeing as he has something more to offer Jake - the promise that he would stand by Frankie when she applies for custody of Charlie. Jake agrees to do what he asks, but not without an ultimatum, as he reveals he's only prepared to incriminate himself if Justin promises never to see Charlie again. Later, an unwitting Warren has resigned himself to the fact that he needs to give himself up, and prepares himself for doing just that.
